How does the rental process work?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and complete checkout with your delivery address.

Are devices refurbished or brand new?
We offer both. Each listing shows condition (new, refurbished excellent/good, or used). Every unit passes our multi-point inspection before dispatch.
Can I extend or return early?
Yes. Contact support before your end date to extend. Early returns may be subject to the terms shown at checkout — unused days are not always refundable on short-notice returns.
What happens if something is damaged?
Report damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Optional protection plans may cover accidental damage — details are listed per product at checkout.
